After four years of annual concerts in Saint-Laurent-de-Cuves village hall, the Papillons de Nuit festival has moved outdoors. Originally, this small festival was organized by the ROC en Baie association, made up of 27 permanent members. Today, it mobilizes 1,400 volunteers every year. So much for the festival's growth!
Yes, in just over twenty years of existence, the festival has welcomed some very big artists to its grounds! In 2025 alone, Ninho & Niska, Gims, Pierre Garnier, Julien Doré, Ben Mazué, Nova Twins, Solann, Deluxe, and Philippe Katerine all came together to get the large crowd of festival-goers dancing. In short, from young rock bands to more electro artists, not to mention the thriving local scene, the Papillons de Nuit Festival knows how to please.
In 2026, the festival announces its return to Normandy with a 24th edition not to be missed on Friday, May 22, Saturday, May 23, and Sunday, May 24, 2026. The festival is therefore returning to its usual dates. Remember, in 2025, the music event took place in Normandy from June 6 to 8. What about thelineup? There will be some big names, with many artists in attendance, particularly from therap scene, such as PLK and La Mano 1.9.
On the French pop scene, fans can look forward to performances by the rising star Helena and the talented Marguerite. In addition, artists like Mika, Matt Pokora, Suzane, Miki, Amelie Lens, Luiza, and the Jamaican hitmaker Sean Paul are also scheduled to perform in 2026 at the Festival Papillons de Nuit in Saint-Laurent-de-Cuves. A word of advice: don’t wait too long to grab your tickets!
