In Bourron-Marlotte, on the edge of the forest and close to the château, Café de la Paix is a restaurant nestled in a historic 19thᵉ century building. Since 2018, Felipe Pires and his team have been offering bistronomic cuisine that aims to be accessible, based around local produce. We set out to discover his fresh, gourmet and creative dishes.
