On December 12, 13, and 14, 2025, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., it's the Grande Braderie: everything must go, from novels to comic books, so you can find your favorites and future literary gems at low prices!
It is heartbreaking for regulars of this independent bookstore in the Latin Quarter, as well as for all book lovers. After 42 years in business, Le Point du Jour bookstore, located in Paris's 5th arrondissement, will close its doors for good at the end of December 2025. A big clearance sale will be held beforehand to empty the shelves.
