You're more of a classic? Opt for our "French breakfast", which includes a hot drink, a fresh seasonal fruit juice and a basket of meltingly crisp pastries. All accompanied by honey, sweet barate butter and Christine Ferber's Alsatian jams. You'll love the mini kouglof to share, prepared by Cédric Grolet, the hotel's head pastry chef.
If you're feeling hungry, try the "American " with its freshly prepared egg (boiled, poached, scrambled or other), organic cereals, fruit salad and Bordier Breton yoghurt....
Or if you're concerned about your figure, take the "Well-Being Breakfast", which features fruit, cereals, low-fat dairy products and enriched wholemeal bread. Nubio cold-pressed fruit and vegetable juices, certified organic and selected by Alain Ducasse.
