It's THE tricolor event of the summer! Every July 14th, Paris and the whole of the Île-de-France region go into party mode: balls in the barracks, orchestras in the streets, fireworks in the parks and on the lakes. In Paris, the festivities begin in the morning with a military parade down the Champs-Élysées, before culminating in a grand finale of fireworks from the Eiffel Tower. And in the four corners of the region, from Meaux to Rambouillet, via Suresnes and Versailles, communes are offering their own special events to get everyone dancing, singing and getting together the day before.
In Beynes, in the Yvelines region of France, the summer festivities begin on July 13. Located some forty kilometers west of Paris, this charming commune blends nature and heritage, with its medieval castle, cobbled streets and green spaces. And when summer arrives, it also transforms itself into a mecca for popular festivities. Rendezvous at Plaine de l'Étang, for an open-air festive program.
Enjoy a local, festive and sky-high July 14th in Yvelines!
