Fête Nationale 2023 is fast approaching! Parisians and tourists alike can look forward to a day of celebration of the Republic and its commemorations. While some will be heading for the Champs-Élysées to watch the famous military parade down the world's most beautiful avenue, others will have only one thing on their minds: finding the best fireworks display in the Ile-de-France region.
In addition to Paris, there are many other towns and cities offering young and old alike a clever pyrotechnic display that puts stars in the eyes and in the head. Oh la belle bleue! Oh la belle jaune! Still others can't wait for the firemen's balls and other popular dances that are springing up here and there in towns across the Paris region.
In Cergy, in the Val d'Oise region of France, a date has been set for July 14, 2023, for an original popular ball at the Plateau sportif de La Lanterne. From 7pm to midnight, the atmosphere will be hip-hop or it won't be! To celebrate the 50th anniversary of hip hop, a cultural movement that can't be ignored, come and dance to everything from 70s funk to today's trap, thanks to a DJ set that retraces the history of hip hop since its creation in 1973. Organized by La Ruche association and La Lanterne collective.
