July 14, 2023: Rugby-themed concert and fireworks display in Tremblay-en-France (93) - CANCELLED

National Holiday celebrations have been cancelled in Tremblay-en-France. On its website, the municipality explains: "It is with regret but in all responsibility that we take the decision to cancel the fireworks display scheduled for July 13 in the Château bleu park. Like many other municipalities, we believe that the context of the recent urban riots calls for continued vigilance and a major mobilization of police and emergency services."

As with every national holiday, Tremblaysians are invited to the Château bleu park on Thursday July 13, for a wonderful evening, with a magical fire works display! In keeping with tradition, the Divertimento symphony orchestra will be providing the entertainment for this popular celebration, with an original musical program to accompany the fireworks display and make it even more intense.

Located in Seine-Saint-Denis, the town of Tremblay-en-France is a natural haven, with the Sausset River flowing into it, and the Canal de l'Ourcq running through it. Surrounded by farmland, this "old country" remains untouched by intense urbanization. In fact, its historic buildings bear witness to the commune's ruralidentity: a 16th-century church, a large tithe barn, the remains of a monastic farm and medieval fortifications.

Tremblay-en-France is also a land of sports enthusiasts, with several gymnasiums, stadiums, sports complexes and a Palais des Sports. But the place that really attracts us, on this National Holiday, is the Château Bleu and its park, which will host the popular festivities on July 13, 2023.

The evening's program includes " an astonishing musical voyage ", led by Zahia Ziouani and the Divertimento orchestra. The Rugby World Cup will be in the spotlight during the concert, which starts at 10 p.m., as well as during the fireworks display created by master artificier Joseph Couturier. Don't miss this unforgettable evening!
