July 14, 2023 in Rambouillet (78): fireworks, ball and commemoration on July 13 - MAINTENU

A fireworks display, a popular dance ball and an official commemoration: the town of Rambouillet in the Yvelines region of France is celebrating its national holiday in style! We look forward to seeing you on Thursday, July 13, 2023, to take part in the various events associated with July 14th.

On July 10, the town hall website announced that the fireworks display would be held for the time being, subject to a prefectoral decision to the contrary.

Rambouillet is a commune located 45 kilometers from Paris, famous for its castle and its dense forest, which extends over 200 km². But that's not all! The town is also home to a major museum dedicated to model railways, the Rambolitrain, as well as the Palais du Roi de Rome, the national sheepfold and the church of Saint-Lubin-et-Saint-Jean-Baptiste, listed as a historic monument.
