La Samaritaine's 2025 Christmas window displays put the ribbon at the heart of the holiday season.

For Christmas 2025, La Samaritaine is transforming into a huge gift waiting to be unwrapped. From November 5 to January 6, giant ribbons and swirls will snake their way from the grand staircase to the facade, while the iconic peacock will leave its fresco on the 5th floor to join in the fun and watch over your gifts.

Gling gling gling! Can you hear the jingle of the festive season just around the corner? Christmas is just around the corner, and it's time to head for the capital, with a program that's even more magical every year, to delight young and old alike! From the magicalilluminations to the window displays of the Grands Magasins, Paris is all wonder and enchantment. The scenography of these emblematic stores appeals to the imagination and emotions of the whole family, making this unique and precious annual event a tradition!

This year, La Samaritaine is playing the XXL ribbon card and inviting you to unwrap Christmas ahead of time. From November 5, 2024, to January 6, 2025, the department store will be transformed into a giant gift box, where every space will be adorned with bows, loops, and swirls ofParis m'emballe.
Here, ribbon, the undisputed king of the season, winds, entwines, and wraps itself from the facade to the grand staircase. Even the iconic peacock leaves its fresco on the 5th floor to join in the fun, spreading its feathers and watching over your gifts to take home.

To add a twist, visual artistElsa Tomkowiak, known for appropriating a variety of spaces—from the National Assembly to the staircase of the Seine Musicale—has created an immersive installationof ribbons and colors at La Samaritaine.

Behind the scenes, Nona Source dresses the windows and sets with reused materials from the fashion houses, for a stylish and responsible Christmas. On the ground floor, the Gift Wrapping Studio teaches you how to fold, tie, and present your gifts like true works of art.
