Guillaume Cabrol, head baker at the Four Seasons Hotel George V, has created an original design forEpiphany 2026, combining chocolate puff pastry and frangipane with Cazette flowers. Available for pre-order since October 15, 2025, and available for pickup at the hotel from December 26 to January 6 inclusive, this exceptional galette des Rois is designed to be shared between 6 to 8 people for €85.

We were lucky enough to get a sneak preview of this new creation from George V and, frankly, we loved it. Guillaume Cabrol, supported by his team, surprises us again this year with a traditional galette with magnificent caramelized highlights. As soon as you see it, you'll fall in love: the design is inspired by a Cazette flower nestled in its leaf. To reproduce these delicate curves, the chef has created a slightly cocoa-flavored puff pastry, partially mixed with caramelized croissant dough. This interplay of textures and colors is a real treat for the eyes even before you take a bite.
