Yes, nearthe Hôtel de Crillon, pastry chef Matthieu Carlinis at it again, unveiling a tempting new concept to accompany us on our Christmas strolls. On this historic square, facing a beautiful panorama that brings together the Tuileries Garden, the Luxor Obelisk, and our iconic Eiffel Tower, a gourmet chaletwill be set up at the foot of the famous palace from November 26 to January 6, 2026.

It's time to discover the winter treats created by Matthieu Carlinto accompany us this winter in Paris! This time, the spotlight is on WAFFL waffles, by Camille and Guillaume Gersdorff, reinterpreted by the chef in three ultra-regressive versions: blueberry & chestnut cream, salted butter caramel, and finally praline and spread. To accompany these sweet treats, the chalet also offers a comforting signature hot chocolate. 

Delights to be enjoyed while strolling through the Tuileries Garden or along the Champs-Elysées, both just a few steps away.
