Great news: after stopping off at the Jardin des Tuileries, the forecourt of Notre-Dame de Paris and La Défense, Christmas is finally here in Yvelines (78)! The Montesson Christmas Market takes place in the Parc des Sophoras for a day as magical as it is memorable! From 10 a.m. on Saturday, December 6, 2025, the park will be transformed into a winter wonderland, with entertainment and stalls selling all kinds of crafts to create a warm and friendly atmosphere.
On the program: a toboggan run for the most intrepid, a Santa Claus straight out of fairy tales with his reindeer, and stilt-walkers in red and white costumes strolling through the park to amaze young and old alike. Children can try their hand at acreative workshop, or have their faces painted for a 100% Christmas look.
And for those in search of the perfect tree, there'll be a tree sale. A true immersion in the Christmas spirit!
And to round off this magical day, don't miss theillumination of the town by Madame le Maire at 6pm. An event that will light up hearts as well as the streets of Montesson.
