Solidar'Monde: the 2025 Christmas pop-up shop offering ethical and fair-trade gifts

Open until December 24, 2025, from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m., at the Testeur de Commerce in Paris 10th, this festive and socially conscious space celebrates the organization’s 40th anniversary, turning Christmas into an adventure rooted in ethics and solidarity.

Here, decorations and gifts are meaningful: organic groceries, festive décorations, nativity scenes, fashion accessories, tableware, toys, and cosmetics—all from fair trade sources—alternating to delight both children and adults. Each item supports sustainable supply chains and highlights the work of cooperatives around the world. At Artisans of the World, Tara Projects in India offers jewelry, boxes, and decorative items made from stone and wood, while the CIAP in Peru showcases nativity scenes, clothing, and accessories crafted from alpaca wool.
