Féeries d'Auteuil moves to the 16th arrondissement of Paris for its 2025 edition. From December 6 to 14, the solidarity Christmas market transforms the historic site of the Apprentis d'Auteuil Foundation into a veritable festive village. Located on rue Jean de La Fontaine, this not-to-be-missed Christmas event offers a complete experience, combining Christmas shopping, children's entertainment and musical moments in a spirit of sharing.
Once again this year, Les Féeries d'Auteuil has established itself as one of the capital's most endearing Christmas markets. The event takes place at 40 rue Jean de La Fontaine, the emblematic address where Abbé Roussel founded the charity in 1866 to help young people in difficulty. Today, the foundation supports more than 40,000 vulnerable young people and families, and all proceeds from the market help finance its educational projects.
The Christmas market brings together some fifteen chalets to unearth original gifts. Jewelry, fashion accessories, home decor, leather goods and handicrafts from the Middle East make up the designer offer. Food-lovers will be delighted by the specialities on offer: wine, champagne, foie gras, cheese and chocolate all grace the stalls. Traditional santons de Provence and Advent wreaths complete this festive selection, perfect for finding original gift ideas.
The "Brocante de la Ressourcerie d'Apprentis d'Auteuil " attracts bargain hunters. Furniture, unusual objects, bags, toys, books and CDs are carefully selected by a team of volunteers. This second-hand section offers the chance to make unexpected discoveries at low prices, in a responsible and supportive approach.
The Apprentis d'Auteuil alumni are offering Nordmann Christmas trees in all sizes, from one meter to 2.20 meters. An opportunity to choose your ideal tree right on the spot, in a friendly atmosphere reminiscent of country markets.
Younger visitors can enjoy a varied program of entertainment throughout the event. Stay tuned for the upcoming program.
The Sainte-Thérèse chapel, built in the 1920s by Father Daniel Brottier, hosts several free concerts during the market. The program is coming soon.
The nativity scene exhibition is one of the highlights of the Féeries d'Auteuil. More than thirty creations, made by young people from the foundation's establishments, are presented on the theme "Born to Love." These works, made from original and surprising materials, testify to the creativity and commitment of the apprentices. The public can vote for their favorite nativity scene, choosing the most creative, the most faithful to the theme, or the most spiritual.
The historic Apprentis d'Auteuil site, nestled between the Fondation d'Auteuil garden and the residential district, enjoys a peaceful setting in the heart of Paris. Nearby, the Jardin des Serres d'Auteuil and the Roland-Garros stadium are reminders of the area's rich cultural and sporting heritage. Easy access via metro line 9 (Jasmin station) or line 10 (Église d'Auteuil).
Les Féeries d'Auteuil is open from December 6 to 14, 2025. On weekdays, the market is open from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. On weekends, it opens at 10:30 a.m. and closes at 7 p.m., with late-night opening on Saturdays until 8 p.m. Admission is free, with only the children's activities requiring payment. A refreshment bar run by young people from the foundation provides food and drink on site. To get there, take metro line 9 to the Jasmin station, or line 10 to the Église d'Auteuil station. Buses 52 and 22 also serve the neighborhood.
Come and experience the magic of Christmas with Apprentis d'Auteuil, the magical event not to be missed this season!
