Cyril Lignac's 2020 Christmas chocolates and logs

This year, Cyril Lignac and Benoît Couvrand invite you to discover not one, not two, not three, but 4 Yule logs for Christmas 2020.

On the menu? The Bûche Forêt Noire, the creation of 2020, featuring a chocolate cookie, a light kirsch cream, a Morello cherry compote, a chocolate mousse, a thin crisp chocolate leaf and a light vanilla milk cream. The whole thing is sprinkled with chocolate shavings and haloed by a marble of Morello cherry compote.

Alternatively, you can indulge in Cyril Lignac's three signature logs:

• The Equinoxe log - light Bourbon vanilla cream, caramel heart, crispy Speculoos cookie.
• Royal Chocolat log - almond dacquoise, praline feuillantine, chocolate mousse, crunchy dark chocolate leaf, praline confit and chocolate icing.
• Marron-Poire log - soft chestnut flour cookie, almond praline, pear compote, light cream and chestnut cream flavored with whisky cream.

All these logs are available in individual format from December 3 to 31, 2020 for 6€, and from December 17 to 31, 2020 in 6-person format for 45€.

Are you a chocolate lover too? Let yourself be tempted by the Oursons de Noël , in which vanilla marshmallow is adorned with milk chocolate, dark chocolate, white chocolate and even Dulcey chocolate, revealing a heart of feuilletine & hazelnut praline.
