Logs from the greatest pastry chefs and chocolatiers, as well as a wide variety of creations from the greatest artisans, here's what awaits you in the 3 Fou de Pâtisserie boutiques and at the BHV Marais corner for the 2020 festive season.

Looking for a good log for Christmas 2020? Head for the 3 Fou de Pâtisserie boutiques in Paris, as well as the Fou de Pâtisserie corner at BHV Marais, to discover a whole selection of original, gourmet Yule logs for 2020, to suit every taste and budget.

From December 14, 2020, you'll be able to discover the Chocolat Caramel log by Pastry Chef Nicolas Haelewyn. This creation features an almond streuzel cookie, dark chocolate and fleur de sel, tonka bean-infused caramel, Madagascar dark chocolate mousse, tonka bean-infused blond caramel cream, crunchy cookie slivers and fleur de sel candy caramel.

Also in store is Maison Aleph's Myriam Sabet's 100% pistachio log, featuring an Iranian pistachio cookie soaked in orange blossom water and bigarade. The "Blanc comme Neige" log from Johanna Roques for Jojo & Co, featuring vanilla, Piedmont hazelnuts and caramel, is also on the menu, as is the "MontBlanc" log from Maison Angelina, in reference to its emblematic pastry.

For a light end to the meal, Fou de Pâtisserie also offers La Fabrique Givrée's ice-cream logs: "Esquimau des Alpes" with pear-nut and caramel, "Esquimau Madagascar" with chocolate, vanilla and caramel, and "Esquimau de Sicile" with pistachio-mandarin. Last but not least, Fou de Pâtisserie offers individual logs by Chef Cyril Lignac: a log version of his Equinoxe and Royal pastries.

But that's not all! For the festive season, Fou de Pâtisserie also offers a whole range of creations from the best Parisian and French artisans. Gift boxes, panettone, chocolates, marrons glacés... the hardest part will be choosing!

Considered one of the best in France, Christophe Louie's panettone is available exclusively in Fou de Pâtisserie boutiques. A traditional recipe made from brioche dough, almonds, raisins and candied oranges.

3 "Fou de Pâtisserie" gift boxes to give, treat yourself or have someone else give you, 3 assortments to satisfy every sweet craving. These nuggets contain the very best in chocolate, jam, cookies and nougat...

And don't forget a range of chocolates, including boxes from Meilleur Ouvrier de France Fabrice Gilotte, sweet treats from La Maison du Chocolat and "Etoiles" bars from Pierre Hermé. Chestnut glazes, meanwhile, are made by La Maison Corsiglia and come in pear brandy or chocolate coating.

So, what's it to be?
