The traditional Cazaudehore Brunch and its generous buffets revisited on the Easter theme, Colelo clown entertainment for young and almost old, and as a highlight a great egg hunt in our park!

  • Smoked shrimp with cacao nibs, crunchy vegetables and chili peppers
  • Scallop escalope, sweet and sour turnip with kumquats, peanut praline
  • Pan-fried escalope of foie gras and poultry breast, corn cream and white chocolate emulsion
  • Parmesan terrine and whisky-marinated potatoes, cocoa vinaigrette
  • Crunchy milk chocolate cake with banana and lime ice cream
