Avis aux gourmands, amoureux et amoureuses de belles et savoureuses galettes des rois. ForEpiphany 2020, Fouquet's Paris is offering us a galette des Rois 2020 that your taste buds are likely to remember for a long time.
Composed of puff pastry covered with a veil of red marzipan reminiscent of the famous awnings of the legendary Brasserie, and a smooth, gourmet frangipane with roasted almonds and hints of bergamot, this galette was created by pastry chef Nicolas Paciello to celebrate the 120th anniversary of Fouquet's Paris!
As for the beans, hidden inside the galettes are beans also in the colors of the famous Parisian House.
Note that this galette is available from December 30, 2019 to January 12, 2020 at a price of €60 for a 6-8 person galette!
