The Fabrique Givrée team at the head of the company have come up with an innovative idea: to create a frozen Galette des Rois 2022. It's sure to appeal to all, young and old alike!
The principle is the same as a traditional galette... except that inside, you'll find a frangipane ice cream made fromroasted almonds and fresh milk from the Monts d'Ardèche. A mouth-watering galette that's less filling than a traditional one!
A way of rediscovering all the flavors of a good galette des rois, but this time with an icy, creamy texture!
