Instead of rushing straight to the capital, the Journées du Patrimoine 2023 also have some wonderful surprises in store for you in other parts of theÎle-de-France region! Like theasinerie Francilianes, founded in 2009 and taken over in 2014 by a passionate couple, which stands out as the first certified organic farm in the Val-de-Marne (since 2010). On 20 hectares of land leased from the Conseil Départemental du Val-de-Marne and the Région Île-de-France, the farm is dedicated exclusively to the well-being of donkeys, donkeys and colts, with an emphasis on grazing and hay production. The asinerie has since evolved to offer a range of activities, from companionship to eco-pasturing and asinotherapy. This educational farm open to the public also created its own dairy in 2018. Part of its production is intended for sale, and the rest is supplied to a soap-maker for cosmetic products. A visit to the Francilianes asinerie will leave you spellbound by these gentle-looking animals, by the Île-de-France region, and by nature itself.
