This year, on Saturday 19 and Sunday 20 September 2026, Place Vendôme invites you to join a heritage-filled stroll through its heart, where prestige is on full display. Conceived by Jules Hardouin-Mansart under Louis XIV, this octagonal square is the emblem of refinement and French luxury.

The Vendôme Committee invites you to a self-guided tour of Place Vendôme and its surroundings. With a brochure designed to accompany you along the route, discover the history and the exceptional heritage of the Vendôme district.

Self-guided, individual route, from 10:00 to 17:00: a brochure accompanies you along your journey.
The route: the circuit forms a loop. It starts at Place Vendôme, takes you to the Opéra via Rue de la Paix, then brings you back to your starting point. You can go at your own pace. Plan about 1 hour.

The Vendôme Committee presents a playful quiz, designed specifically for children aged 7 and up, to observe, search, and uncover the little secrets of this iconic Paris spot.

Hours: Free and individual visits from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Start of the route: A quiz booklet is given at the start of the circuit. Be sure to bring a few pencils to complete the activities. The visit starts individually.
The route: The circuit forms a loop. It begins at Place Vendôme, takes you to the Opéra, via Rue de la Paix, and then brings you back to your starting point, where the quiz can be validated.
Duration: Participants can go at their own pace. Plan for about 45 minutes to an hour.
