The National Collection of Restos du Coeur, it's March 3, 4 and 5 in stores

On March 3, 4 and 5, 2023, it's the big Restos Weekend, with the National Collection in stores and the broadcast of the Enfoirés show. Nearly 80,000 volunteers will be present in more than 7,000 stores throughout France to collect non-perishable foodstuffs, baby products and hygiene products. It's time to make a donation!

Patrice Douret, the volunteer president of Restos du Cœur , sounded the alarm: "Never before havewe seen such a rapid increase in precariousness .For the first three months of this winter campaign, we received 22% more people throughout the country thanduringthe same period last year. Our street activities* alone have recorded an increase of 25% with a strong concern for precarious workers and families, whom we have seen arrive en masse. Finally, we are particularly concerned about the16% increase in the number of babies under three years old who come to us."

If Restos du Cœur has to buy a third of the products it distributes each year, in the face of rising prices and expenses related to the energy crisis, thesuccess of the 2023 National Collection is of major importance.This year's objective is set at 9,000 tons, to help the Restos face the weeks to come.

To better understand its actions, a documentary " Restos du Cœur : solidaire un jour, solidaire toujours" will be broadcast onFriday, March 3 at 11:55 pm on TF1 .Anne-Claire Coudray invites you behind the scenes of the Enfoirés, then proposes to discover the initiatives implemented by the Restos du Coeur to fight against poverty and exclusion .

Inaddition to this national action, the official Enfoirés store will be open until Sunday, March 12 .Profits from the sale of its new products (t-shirts, sweatshirts, collector's packs, DVDs and double CDs of the 2023 concert "Enfoirés un jour, toujours") will be donated in full to the Restos du Cœur.
