An original Valentine's Day under the ocean at Ephemera

Ephemera, we already told you about it, is the ultra-original and immersive restaurant that currently transports us"Under The Sea". The time of a meal, we are plunged under the ocean in company of whales and other bewitching jellyfish. A magical and hushed atmosphere that makes the ideal setting for an original Valentine's Day.

From the tables to the animated floor, through the vegetation and the corals on the ceiling, we dive completely 20 000 leagues under the sea in this atypical place, located in the 13th district. Imagine a space of700 m2 where panels scattered throughout the room, reveal underwater projections, different paintings that evolve throughout the meal .

For Valentine's Day, Ephemera offers a unique menu at 45 €.

On the program of the festivities :

• Amuse bouche: toast of tuna rillettes and homemade Tamara.
  
• Appetizer: tuna tartar, sesame and avocado dressing, rice leaf chips.
  
• Main course: roasted salmon, lemon sauce, sweet potato purée, grass salad.
  
• Dessert: citrus pavlova.
