The series Validé, created by Franck Gastambide, returns for a third season on Canal+ on November 17, 2025, with new rappers and a label in crisis.

The series Validé, an original Canal+ creation by Franck Gastambide, Charles Van Tieghem, and Xavier Lacaille, returns with a brand-new season 3, airing from November 17, 2025, at 9:10 p.m. on Canal+. Launched in 2020, the series has established itself as the first French drama to explore the behind-the-scenes world of French rap in a realistic and immersive way.

In this new season, William and Brahim successfully run their label Apash Music, which has just signed the group Cobra, a promising duo composed of Zak and Salif. But behind this apparent success, tensions are rising: suspicions of fraud, internal rivalries, and old grudges threaten the label's stability. As egos clash, a new war breaks out in the game, threatening to destroy everything they have built.

The trailer for Validé

The series, led by Delil Ozhan ("D2L"), Heardley Stinvil ("Yadley") and Saïdou Camara, continues its dive into contemporary French rap, between ambition, friendship, and betrayal. It retains its formula: raw realism, dialogue rooted in the language of the milieu, and numerous appearances by established French rappers. Among the artists featured over the seasons are Hatik, Bosh, Ninho, Soprano, Gims, Lacrim, and Kool Shen.

Validé marks Franck Gastambide's return to Canal+, ten years after Kaïra Shopping. The filmmaker and actor, known for his popular comedies such as Les Kaïra, Pattaya, and Taxi 5, tackles a more dramatic register here. Passionate about rap, he wanted to create a French series capable of rivaling American productions such as Atlanta and Power.

To reinforce the authenticity of the story, the soundtrack has been entrusted to rapper Sam's (Moussa Mansaly), who was already involved in writing the music for the first two seasons. The project continues to attract figures from the French hip-hop scene, confirming Validé as a true reflection of today's French-speaking rap.

The deliberately young and diverse cast has revealed new talent, starting with Brahim Bouhlel, spotted by Gastambide on Instagram. This bold choice has helped give the series its spontaneous and credible tone, far from the usual clichés of the genre.
