Alix Delaporte hadn't been back behind the camera for ten years. In 2024, she unveiled Vivants, a film centered on the daily life of a team of reporters from a major TV network. The film will hit cinema screens on February 14.
And for this new opus, the filmmaker behind Angèle et Tony has assembled a solid cast, with Roschdy Zem in the lead, accompanied byAlice Isaaz, Pascale Arbillot and Vincent Elbaz, among others. The film aims to be a faithful reflection of the current situation of journalists in the field, and promises to be an immersive experience.
Gabrielle, 30, joins a prestigious news program. She gradually finds her place among a team of seasoned reporters who have lived through the heyday of field journalism. Despite the commitment of Vincent, their editor-in-chief, they are confronted with the day-to-day challenges of a changing profession, with ever-diminishing resources and new information channels. But they remain driven by their solidarity, sense of humor, passion for the truth and faith in the future.
