The story unfolds in 1993. Ryu (Andrew Koji) and Ken Masters (Noah Centineo), two fighters with opposite trajectories, are recruited by the enigmatic Chun-Li (Callina Liang) for the World Warrior Tournament. Behind this international contest lies a deadly conspiracy masterminded by Mr. Bison (David Dastmalchian), which will force them to face off against each other while confronting the demons of their past.
The cast brings together profiles from cinema, sports, and music. Joe “Roman Reigns” Anoa'i stars as Akuma, Cody Rhodes as Guile, Vidyut Jammwal as Dhalsim, Eric André as Don Sauvage, Curtis “50 Cent” Jackson as Balrog, and Jason Momoa as Blanka — the latter also serving as producer.
