After months on the road, Julien Doré wraps up his French tour in Paris on April 22. The artist is then set to take his show to a string of summer festivals across the country. From clubs to the arenas of Nîmes, the Ancient Theatre of Vienne, the Poupet Festival, and major festival stops at Fête de Bruit in Landerneau and Saint-Nolff, he’s lining up a busy summer slate, with dates already announced at summer festivals.
Right before that, Julien Doré will be in cinemas. No feature film on the slate, but the film of his latest tour. Entitled "The Last Pestacle", this concert movie is due in theaters this summer across France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg. A single screening is planned for Thursday, July 2, 2026. And tickets are already on sale at the dedicated site.
A runtime of 110 minutes, and directed by Brice VDH & Ybao Benedetti, this film offers a chance to relive Julien Doré's triumphal tour staged in France over the past few months. Unveiling immersive staging, meticulously polished tableaux, and a visual universe that is at once poetic and dreamlike, this Julien Doré tour gave fans grand, sweeping moments as well as more intimate ones. The old hits ("Kiss Me Forever", "Chou wasabi", "Le lac"...) and the artist's latest tracks ("Les yeux de la mama", "Les démons de minuit", "Pourvu qu'elles soient doucess", "Ah les crocodiles"...) were, of course, all there on the setlist.
Filmed more precisely during the tour's final date, this concert de Julien Doré at the cinema invites fans of the artist to relive one last time that moment of musical escapism!
