Attention Fortnite fans! With Chapter 4 Season 2 still in full swing, but coming to an end, the gaming community is already looking to the future. They can't wait to find out what season 3 has to offer... And we now know (well, a little bit) what to expect, asEpic Games unveiled a trailer for the upcoming season at Summer Game Fest. Entitled Fortnite:Wilds, it will plunge players into the heart of the jungle... Nothing less!
A new season due to arrive later today, June 9, with season 2 ending that same day in the morning at 8am. This season was originally scheduled to end on June 2, 2023, but its end has been postponed to allow players to complete their quests... and better prepare for what awaits them in the new season.
After several seasons without an end event, will there be one for the end of season 2? Sadly, no... We'll have to wait for a new season finale (maybe the next one) to get a little something. And as for the theme of this Fortnite season 3, Battle Royal promises us a"Green Hell". As for skins, players will be able to discover Optimus Prime, from the Transformers saga, as well as other characters made in Fortnite!
The band-announcement also reveals that players will be able to train and ride dinosaurs... Nothing less! In the meantime, we remain on the lookout for the future battle pass, which should be unveiled on June 9... So get ready!
