This spring 2018, Disneyland Paris is proud to announce the opening of a new vintage corner within its Disney Fashion store set in Disney Village.
Devoted to fashion and trends since its opening, Disney Fashion store was the perfect choice to welcome this new corner dedicated to vintage, this always trendier fashion wave.
Indeed, people are getting tired of everything-disposable and are more and more concerned about ethic and they try to buy cleverer. These past few years, we have noticed a hard return to vintage, or the art of creating something new with something old!
To create this corner, Disneyland Paris and Culture Vintage joined forces. Culture Vintage is a brand that sorts and recycles clothes and accessories to give them a second breath of life while keeping in line with ecofriendly values.
Over 1000 pieces have been salvaged and put back into fashion by Culture Vintage team and the store has a large range of clothes and accessories. For example, you can find the “Mickey Euro Disney” red sweat released on the opening of the theme park in 1992.
Merchandise & Retail Disneyland Paris manager, Florence Roussel explains: “Culture Vintage @ Disneyland Paris initiative is born from a double passion for fashion and wonderful vintage pieces… and the slightly mad but oh-so trendy idea to gather the two in a beautiful vintage setting at the heart of Disney Fashion was born! Our teams put all their know-how in selecting ‘pre-loved’ Disney pieces from all over the world, alternating with denim or sportwear pieces for a unique, fun and so fashion shopping experience”.
A wonderful initiative to recycle products in an ethical way with prices from €25.99 to €89.99.
In other words, a lovely store to be discovered as soon as possible!
