Fête Vivre Autour des Gares 2026 in Paris: Flea markets, free concerts, and free activities in the 10th arrondissement

On Saturday, September 12, 2026, the Fête Vivre Autour des Gares is back in the 10th arrondissement of Paris for a 4th edition organized around rue d’Alsace, rue des Deux Gares and the Jardin Marielle Franco. From 7 a.m., a large flea market takes over the sidewalks, before gradually giving way to more concerts, shows and other activities. Note that access to the animations is free!

Created by the Rue d’Alsace Collective and backed by the Saint-Vincent-de-Paul–Lariboisière neighborhood council, this annual festival aims in particular to spotlight the Marielle Franco Garden, the artists of the 10th arrondissement, and the associations that enliven the neighborhood. It is also part of the intercultural season of Ensemble Nous Sommes le 10e.

The day kicks off with a hunt for bargains! The flea market stretches across the upper and lower parts of the Rue d’Alsace as well as Rue des Deux Gares, open until 7 p.m. For exhibitors, the space is billed at €10 per linear meter, and the proceeds from this edition will be donated to the Gaïa association.

But bargain hunters won’t be the only ones taking to the streets! The event also blends gardening, community-group meetings, comics, music, dance, and table football, ahead of a pop concert in the evening! An artisan fair and stalls dedicated to the players in the 10th’s solidarity scene round out this neighborhood festival.
