This trade show, dedicated to wellness, takes place over two days at L'Escale in Melun, Seine-et-Marne, with four different areas to suit your needs. Take advantage of free advice and support from some sixty exhibitors, at workshops, conferences and meetings on their stands.
In the physical area, you can benefit from the experience of masseuses, beauticians and kinesiologists, while in the mental area, you can work on your mind with coaches, hypnotists, astrologers and sophrologists. For parenthood and the home, head for the last hubs, with photographers, interior designers, candle makers, educators, a doula and baby yoga teachers.
With so many different professions to choose from, and workshops to learn sign language or discover the benefits of aloe vera, there's something for everyone. For a bite to eat, there will be two food-trucks on site, as well as a bistro offering a host of games and entertainment.
