On Saturday October 7 and Sunday October 8, 2023, join Maison Monday, the event organized in a 1,800 m² former carpenter's workshop (at 66 rue Saint-Dominique, in the 7th arrondissement) to evacuate the stress of the week and recharge your batteries.
For the occasion, Maison Monday invites you to try your hand at one of the three disciplines on offer all day long: cycling with Dynamo Cycling, yoga with Riise Yoga or a mix of boxing and bootcamp with Punch Boxing. With a wide range of sessions on offer every day of this major event dedicated to sport and well-being, there's plenty to keep you active or get you back into the swing of things with the discipline of your choice!
Before or after the workout, there's plenty of entertainment on offer throughout the day, including talks by specialists on mental health, stress management and women's sport, as well as fun workshops (with self-massage, nail art, card drawing, etc.)... There's also a healthy food offer at Café Monday, the temporary café set up for the event. By reserving (and paying for) your session, you'll have free access to talks, workshops andcatering all day long!
With Maison Monday, the organizers aim above all to offer a holistic experience to visitors, who can come and enjoy this bubble of well-being in the heart of Paris all day long. A pop-up by the LuluLemon brand (which is collaborating with Maison Monday on this event) will also be on site, with various sports equipment for sale should you feel the need.
