Unusual: yoga and a meditative walk among the animals at Thoiry Zoo

Feeling a little stressed about the start of the new school year? How about a little yoga and meditative walking to stay zen, in a rather unusual environment, in this case? Join us on Wednesdays September 13, 20 and 27, 2023, for more than an hour of calm, in the heart of animal territory, at Thoiry Zoo! On the program: a solo or duo yoga session with your child, followed by a gourmet and revitalizing lunch, and a meditative walk through the centuries-old trees of Thoiry Park.

Whether you're already practicing yoga or not, you're welcome to learn soothing postures and breathing techniques that can help you cope with stress. All equipment is provided, of course, and classes are held in the yurt camp for added peace and quiet. Two timetables are available, in the morning or early afternoon, and places are limited, so don't delay too long if you'd like to try this unusual yoga experience!

For a successful Wednesday, your ticket also includes access to Thoiry Zoo, so you can observe the many animals with a calmer mind, in contact with nature.
