As the new season kicks off, getting back into sport can be a chance to reestablish a routine that suits your pace. In Paris’s 8th arrondissement, near the Champs-Élysées, SEMPER Wellness brings together weight training, cardio, HYROX, boxing, yoga and Pilates Reformer in a club spanning more than 1,000 square meters. With over 70 classes a week, you can mix up workouts from strength training to gentler disciplines. A sauna and steam room complete the experience, making recovery part of your fitness routine.

Looking for a fitness venue in Paris 8th to mix strength work, group classes and recovery? Open since September 2025 at 25 rue de Ponthieu, just a stone’s throw from the Champs-Élysées, SEMPER Wellness unveils more than 1,000 m² devoted to training and well-being.

The club brings together cardio and strength training, cross-training, HYROX, boxing, yoga, Pilates, a studio of Pilates Reformer, as well as a sauna and a hammam. A configuration designed notably for those who want to combine several practices under one roof.

The venue will appeal to a range of profiles: athletes who want to train solo on the machines, fans of group classes in Paris, practitioners of high-intensity disciplines, or those who prefer yoga, Pilates and mobility.

Its location and time window also make it feasible to schedule a session before work, during lunch, or at the end of the day.

The club counts more than 20 certified coaches and also offers personal coaching with assessment, tailored programming and ongoing follow-up. Small-group classes are designed to maintain a close connection with the coaching staff.

Membership is intentionally capped to ensure there’s enough space and equipment for everyone.

If you're after a one-off session rather than a membership, the terms vary by activity. Pilates Reformer is open to non-members, available per session or with a punch card.

More than 70 classes a week, from HYROX to yoga

SEMPER Wellness unveils more than 70 classes per week and over fifteen disciplines. The program blends high-intensity workouts, fitness sessions, and gentler practices:

  • HIIT, HYROX, boxing, core training, bodyweight training and TRX Fusion;
  • Yoga Vinyasa, Morning Yoga, Pilates Mat, Pilates Core, stretching and mobility;
  • Bodysculpt, BodyPower, Booty & Abs, Burn & Shape, Lower & Lift and Upper & Lift;
  • Pilates Reformer in a dedicated studio.

Outside of classes, the cardio-strength plateau features guided machines, free weights, and equipment from Matrix Onyx and Freemotion. The cross-training zone includes, among other things, a sled track, kettlebells, wall balls, sandbags, punching bags, a rower, SkiErg, and a curved treadmill for functional training and HYROX workouts.

A Reformer Pilates studio accessible without a subscription

The Pilates Reformer is one of the club's highlighted offerings. The studio is equipped with Merrithew machines, and classes are capped at eight participants. The program centers on posture, mobility, control and muscular strengthening, with low joint impact.

Members can access Reformer sessions as an add-on at a preferential rate announced by the facility. Non-members can also book single sessions or purchase a package. If this discipline is a top priority for you, you can also check Sortiraparis’ guide dedicated to Pilates and Reformer studios in Paris.

Sauna, steam room and changing rooms to extend your session

The experience doesn’t end with the workout. Sauna and steam room are included in the membership and provide a window for post‑training recovery. The changing rooms feature individual lockers, towels, shower products, hair dryers, and other essentials listed as available on site.

The layout is rooted in a contemporary aesthetic built on clean lines, refined materials, and integrated lighting. The different zones — fitness floor, studios, Reformer and wellness — thus allow you to switch from one activity to another without changing venue.
