Installed quietly this summer at the heart of the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines Leisure Island, Dynamik Parc unveils a unique, multi-activity park dedicated to sport and recreation. Electric Drift Kart, Laser Tag, Bubble Foot, Archery Game, Big Football, VR, Hado, and other self-guided experiences are on the menu for those eager to discover.

The Dynamik Parc opened at the start of summer 2026 on the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines leisure island, in Trappes, in the Yvelines (78). If you’ve been away on vacation, you may not have discovered it yet. Set on 30 000 m2 on the site of the former wave pool, this multi-activity park brings together a dozen of sport and recreation activities, to be explored with family, friends, or colleagues.

Electric drift karting, the groundbreaking new activity in Île-de-France

The park’s headline attraction is the Drift Trike, a three-wheeled electric go-kart. Here, speed matters less than the glide: the objective is to rack up as many drifts as possible, counted by an artificial intelligence.

Marketed as a first in Île-de-France, this activity is the site’s hottest draw. It’s easy to pick up and access is secure. Kids can try it from a height of 1.40 meters, since you need a long reach to steer. That said, a new batch of Trikes (three-wheeled vehicles) with wider wheels and Wi‑Fi–driven steering arrives this September, which should boost the safety of the equipment, especially when children are involved.

Laser tag, bubble football, archery tag: what to do at Dynamik Parc?

Around the drift kart track, the park lays out a solid lineup of outdoor activities. There you’ll find a laser game, a bubble foot (where players are sealed inside giant inflatable bubbles) and an archery game, a blend of archery, paintball and dodgeball.

A lineup of activities to keep a group of friends or an entire family entertained for an afternoon—no need to be a seasoned athlete.

Night sessions and virtual reality starting September 2026

As the new season gets underway, Dynamik Parc steps up a notch. A virtual reality and augmented reality arena opens this September 2026, featuring in particular Hado, an augmented-reality sport that channels a futuristic dodgeball, letting you feel like you’re inside a Street Fighter‑style game.

The park also plans nocturnes, once a month on Thursday evenings, designed as an afterwork. On the group side, an event dome can be privatized for meetings or corporate meals, a package that has already appealed to several companies since the launch.

What you need to know before you go

The Dynamik Parc will welcome the public from Wednesday through Sunday, 11:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., open until mid-October 2026 (weather permitting) before closing for the cold season. It will then reopen in April 2027 for the spring holidays.

Note for groups: even after the season ends, the site can still be privatized for events. A covered hall is available, but it opens to the outdoors—a detail to keep in mind before booking. For a seminar or a colleagues’ outing, simply contact the park team directly.

The park is located on the leisure island at the Eric-Tabarly roundabout in Trappes. All information and bookings are available on the site officiel du Dynamik Parc. While some activities, like Drift Trike, can be accessed without a reservation, others such as Archers Game require advance setup, so booking ahead is recommended. For access to the leisure island, expect 6 euros per vehicle in 2026, with entry remaining free for pedestrians and cyclists. The base’s parking lot provides direct access to the leisure park. A little tip: a few outdoor spots are available without parking the car; you can then walk in.

On the pricing for activities, every game is paid per session and remains fairly affordable. The drift kart—or, to be precise, Rift Trike—is 11 euros for the first session, then 8 euros for the subsequent ones. The laser game kicks off at 9 euros, then 8 euros for the following rounds. The archery game and bubble foot are offered at 9 euros, then 8 euros, for groups of six or more. That said, once you’ve survived the first session, I dare you to try again—because running around and playing inside a bubble is no small workout.

An autonomous multi-activity pass also lets you mix and match games at €9 per hour, with access to axe throwing, foot-darts, curling, ping-pong, beach volleyball, beach tennis and pétanque. And if you’re feeling a bit peckish, an on-site dining area awaits, with pizzas around €11.

The Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines leisure island reimagines itself

The launch of Dynamik Parc fits into a broad revival plan for the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines leisure island, led by the Île-de-France region which aims to breathe new life into this 600-hectare site that has long been financially fragile.

This summer, two pickleball courts — the fast-growing racket sport — as well as a nine-hole disc golf course have also sprung up, alongside a temporary pool that’s a welcome relief from the heat.

By next year and beyond, the site is gearing up to welcome an aquatic leisure zone (water-ski lift, slides, a giant zip line), a park with 300 eco-lodges, a bike hub, and a large area dedicated to racket sports. All of this could gradually transform this corner of the Yvelines, long neglected for some time, into a genuine open-air playground within an hour of Paris. A piece of good news that gives fresh momentum to this vast green space.

In short, what if we rediscover the Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines leisure island?
