Run for Climate 2026 invites runners to join on Sunday, November 29, at the Bois de Boulogne in Paris. This charity race now offers two distances, 5 and 10 km, and supports climate research through the PARC Foundation.
The starting line is set along the shores of the Lower Lake, near the Royal Pavilion, in the 16th arrondissement. The 2026 routes are available on the official Run for Climate site. They wind through the Bois de Boulogne, so this event isn’t a race that threads through Paris’s central monuments.
According to the event organizer's FAQ, €5 from each registration goes to the PARC Foundation, the Paris Agreement Research Commons. This independent nonprofit funds scientific work aimed at steering economies and financial systems toward the goals of the Paris Agreement.
To kick off the morning, the organizers are issuing a safety briefing, an on-course refreshment point and another at the finish. Runners must bring their own container: no cups will be distributed. A medal is planned for participants who complete the event.
Registration is open on the official website. The detailed schedule is yet to be announced as of this update; please check the organizer’s information before heading to the start.
