R.EVE, the cocoon-style fitness studio and its signature classes designed for all women

Rue de Cléry, R.EVE is a studio that treats sport in its entirety: designed to suit all women, regardless of where they are in life, the concept centers on a complete fitness transformation and highly effective training.

At the heart of this fitness studio lies a shared mission: to offer workouts designed around the female body. "We surrounded ourselves with a medical board and a team of specialists to guide us, so we could create a method that stays practical through every stage of a woman's life", explains Adèle, co-founder of the studio alongside Laura, her partner, and Cynthia, who developed the method.

Here, you come for one of the five classes offered daily at the studio: the Sculpt & Power which blends mobility and muscular strengthening, the M&M which bets on a combo of mobility, meditation and breathwork to calm the nervous system; the Power mobility, designed as a complete strength-building workout, or the R.eformer, a concept inspired by the pilates reformer but following the R.EVE method. Not forgetting the studio's signature class: combining strength training, mobility and a hint of cardio, it delivers a comprehensive (and incredibly effective) workout to maintain overall physical conditioning.

For every class held at the studio, a online version is also offered for those who cannot come or who prefer to train from home. After the effort, the studio has a large locker room, very modern and pleasant, for changing, as well as numerous showers; it provides shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and beauty products if you wish. Towels are also provided during your session.

The R.EVE concept centers on a single Paris studio, located on rue de Cléry in the 2nd arrondissement of Paris, and its founders already plan to open additional studios in the future. Onsite, you can gear up with all the accessories you need to practice from home (these accessories are also available online). Expect to pay €20 for a trial class, or €54 for three introductory sessions. In-studio, sessions range from €19.50 to €36 when purchased in packs (from 1 to 30 sessions). On Zoom, sessions run from €12 to €18 (also available in packs). Subscriptions are available with a minimum 3-month commitment: from €99 per month (for 4 sessions per month) up to €250 for unlimited access.
