On the ground floor, visitors discover the strength training area filled with a variety of machines, from elliptical bikes to treadmills, and the free weights zone, where you can combine muscle building and cardio. A little further on, there's the swimming pool, perfect for doing laps or trying out aquatic fitness classes like aquagym, aquabiking, or aquacircuit. That's also where you'll find the gentle fitness studio, offering classes in pilates, yoga, and more intense sessions such as Thighs, Abs, Glutes (TAG), boxing, or bodysculpt, all focused on deep muscle strengthening.

Bike enthusiasts who enjoy indoor cycling will appreciate the daily classes offered, while those seeking an even more intense group workout can head upstairs for a HIIT session or cross training. It’s the perfect way to get your heart pumping and push your limits to the max.

Before or after your workout, the wellness area is open all day for members of the gym: once you step into the ÔZENHIT wellness zone, you can choose to relax on the loungers provided or indulge in a session in the hammam or the hot sauna. "When clients come here, they don’t need separate memberships for yoga, cycling, or HIIT — everything is included in the gym membership," explains the venue's manager. This all-in-one approach comes with a price, however, as the membership fee is somewhat higher than typical public gyms, costing €190 per month for access.
