Alongside 270 exhibitors, visitors will be able to discover new practices and experiences to enhance their daily well-being. Salon Zen aims to help you find meaning in your life, by sharing your experiences with professionals. According to a study by IFOP, 95% of French people feel stressed or anxious, a figure that has worsened since the pandemic.
On the program: jewelry and minerals, zen decorating, energy treatments, yoga and meditation, food supplements and organic cosmetics - so many areas to improve your state of mind and your health. You'll also find plenty of books on the subject of personal fulfillment and the art of living. 25,000 visitors are expected to attend some 15 conferences and hundreds of workshops and events, as well as enjoy massages and other wellness methods.
