What’s in store this Sunday afternoon on the Champs-Élysées? This June 14, 2026, the car parade gives way to robots, artificial intelligence and the ambitions of tomorrow. From 12 p.m. to 6 p.m., the avenue will be pedestrianized between Rue Arsène Houssaye and Rue de Berri to host VivaTech outdoors, a special edition timed to celebrate the 10th anniversary of Europe’s largest gathering dedicated to startups and innovation. The event is free and open to everyone.

Let's take a look at what's on offer in the 8th arrondissement! [Read more]
For the occasion, VivaTech, in partnership with the Champs-Élysées Committee, is turning Paris’s famed avenue into a full-blown, on-the-ground exploration route. Eight monumental letters spelling VIVATECH rise between the Arc de Triomphe and George V, guiding visitors from one universe to another: city and mobility, impact and planet, health and well-being, robots and space, artificial intelligence, jobs and training, culture, sports and entertainment. The idea: to show how emerging technologies are moving out of labs and trade booths and into everyday life.
The route will primarily showcase tech in action. Visitors will encounter humanoid robots capable of interacting with the public, discover exoskeletons designed to assist human movement, observe next-generation drones, or get up close to solar-powered vehicles with their own charging system. A stratospheric capsule, solutions that produce drinking water from the air, connected devices, blockchain, a prompt competition, and several immersive experiences around artificial intelligence, notably with Google, will also punctuate the stroll. In total, more than 35 free demonstrations will offer a tangible glimpse into the innovations already shaping the world of tomorrow.
Created in 2016 by Publicis Groupe and the Les Echos-Le Parisien Group, VivaTech brings together startups, investors, researchers, big companies and technology leaders each year. Its 10th edition will run from June 17 to 20, 2026 at Paris Expo Porte de Versailles. Before the show opens, this open-air interlude offers a teaser that's accessible to the curious, to families as well as to enthusiasts.
