Are you a fan ofunusual sports experiences? Discover the yoga sessions at theSea Life Paris Val d'Europe Aquarium! Every first Sunday of the month (except August 6) and throughout the year 2023, come and enjoy a zen and original experience from 8:45 am to 9:45 am among the marine animals.
Accessible to beginners, the yoga classes are led by Nolwen Capitaine, a teacher at the CAP TONIC gym, and a graduate of Vinyasa Yoga, a dynamic practice that tones and allows you to breathe correctly in different synchronized postures:"No matter what the level of the practitioner is, whether he or she is a beginner or an advanced practitioner, it is a matter of being able to take and hold the posture. So, according to each one, I give adaptations to be able to integrate the postural work in a comfortable way, to allow to optimize the mental release", she announces.
Treat yourself to a moment of well-being while doing a good deed? For each session paid, 2€ are donated to SEA LIFE Trust, an association that works to protect the oceans and preserve marine life worldwide.
