The Rugby World Cup in France is just around the corner! But before the international competition, a series of friendly matches will prepare the players, with the risk of injury just a few weeks away. In August, the French national team will play three home games in the Summer Nations Series, between Saint-Etienne, Nantes and the Stade de France. The latter will take place on August 27, 2023 against Australia, and tickets are still available, starting at just 25 euros!
This is a great opportunity to see the French before the World Cup, if you haven't been able to get tickets for the matches. Still second in the world rankings, the XV de France are in fine form, despite not having won this year's Six Nations Tournament, unlike last year. The Australians, meanwhile, are only in 7th place in the world, a far cry from their 1995 World Champion status.
Just before this final match, we'll know the list of the 33 players who will compete in the World Cup on August 21. After that, all that's left to do is enjoy and admire Fabien Galthié's men, and hope they bring home the cup! The opening match takes place on September 8 against New Zealand, a perfect start to the adventure of the XV de France!
