Paris Sport Dimanches Randonnées, free walks along the GR75

For the second year, Paris Sport Dimanches, an initiative of the city of Paris, is going hiking! In addition to the other sports offered, come and walk on the GR75 circuit, for free!

Are you looking for a way to exercise without spending hundreds of euros a month? It's a good thing, because the city of Paris offers again this year the Paris Sport Dimanches program, which allows you to try out different sports on Sunday mornings, between tai-chi, boxing or fitness, in the Parisian parks, for free! And for the lovers of long walks, who would like to discover the capital in a different way, free walks are also proposed, for the second year!

If the device runs from May to October, the hikes are organized one Sunday per month, from June to October. In partnership with the French Federation of Hiking and the Paris departmental committee, five meetings offer to hike in Paris in the footsteps of the Paris 2024 Games, without prior registration! Don't forget to bring your water bottle and good walking shoes, for a hike ofabout 8km.

Since 2017, Paris has itsGR® trail, named 75 for obvious reasons, but also GR 2024, because it was made as part of the bid for the 2024 Olympic Games. The 50 km long loop crosses the nine peripheral districts of Paris and also links the 7 GR trails that already cross Paris.

The program of the hikes

  • June 18: Bois de Boulogne
  • July 16: Bois de Vincennes
  • August 20: Center of Paris
  • September 10: from Bercy to the Cité Universitaire
  • October 8 : from Porte de Versailles to Porte d'Auteuil
