Here, science never sleeps! As soon as you arrive, Pepper, the robot as endearing as he is intriguing, welcomes you with a beauty quiz to test your knowledge (and pique your curiosity!). Then it's time for a free, no-appointment, high-precision skin diagnosis: using Lancôme's beauty tech tools, the experts analyze your skin down to the last millimetre for a tailor-made routine.
Depending on the results of your "consultation", they recommend one or more of the brand's it-products: Hydra Zen for hydration, UV Expert against external aggressions (UV and pollution), Génifique for in-depth repair, and Rénergie for smoothing and lifting. The crème de la crème, literally.
The Skin Science Club is also a series ofinteractive experiences: testing the protective efficacy of UV Expert with a revealing lamp, recharging Rénergie H.P.N. cream, and going behind the scenes of Lancôme innovation.
Immerse yourself in the world of Lancôme laboratories with Open Labs: edutainment demonstrations led by Lancôme experts to explore the brand's key active ingredients, on weekends and during exclusive masterclasses reserved for VIP customers.
