Fatoumata Diawara in concert at the Salle Pleyel in Paris in May 2023

Some discovered her talent and her so unique voice thanks to Matthieu Chedid's Malian project"Lamomali" released in 2017. Since then, Fatoumata Diawara has come a long way by multiplying her artistic collaborations with Gorillaz and Disclosure. This spring, Fatoumata Diawara is also on the bill for"Le Vol du Boli", a show composed by Damon Albarn, directed by filmmaker Abderrahmane Sissako and to be discovered at the Châtelet theater until May 8, 2022.

But fans of the artist can rest assured, because the Malian singer-songwriter will return to Paris in 2023 for a single concert scheduled for Wednesday, May 24, 2023 at the Salle Pleyel. A word of advice: don't miss the opening of pre-sales on April 14 at 10am on the Salle Pleyel website. For the others, opt for the general on -sale set for April 21 at 10am.

We recall that Fatoumata Diawara is also known for her acting talents. She notably played in Timbuktu nominated for an Oscar and crowned with 7 Césars (2015, including best film and best director), a feature film for which she wrote, composed and performed the flagship song of the soundtrack.
