Disquaire Day 2024: free concerts and DJ sets at Ground Control

Disquaire Day returns across France on Saturday, April 20, 2024. Throughout the day, vinyl collectors will go on a treasure hunt at partner independent record stores to unearth the LPs they've been dreaming of.

But Disquaire Day is also a series of events organized all over the world, particularly in Paris. On April 20, the SCPP (Société civile des producteurs phonographiques) has announced a festive event at Ground Control, in the 12th arrondissement.

From 2 p.m. to 1 a.m., the famous Parisian multidisciplinary cultural venue will be hosting a series of events of all kinds to celebrate International Independent Record Store Day in style. On the menu? Conferences on the music business, as well as the presence of 70 labels, a photo exhibition and dj sets and concerts by Hervé, Poppy Fusée, Morgane Imbeaud and Ian Caulfield. More good news: this event at Ground Control is free and open to all!

2pm to 4pm

• Conferences on the music business: " How do you make vinyl? "; "How do you set up a label? "; " What is a music publisher? "; " What are the rights of a music producer?

From 4pm to 7pm

• Concerts of 30 minutes each to be discovered on Ground Control's main stage. Featuring:
