It bears reminding that many fans had begun to dream again of a potential return from Céline Dion after her rendition of “L’Hymne à l’Amour,” performed from the Eiffel Tower’s first level during the Paris 2024 Olympic opening ceremony. And since March 23, rumors about a possible onstage comeback by the Canadian superstar were in full swing.billboards had crowded the streets of the capital. All of them referenced the Québécois icon’s hits, such as “Pour que tu m’aimes encore,” “My Heart Will Go On,” and “Power of Love.” For her part, Céline Dion had posted on her social networks old photos of herself in Paris, with the enigmatic caption: “I don’t know how to say it.”

The daily La Presse and Le Parisien were then outlining a run of concerts at Paris La Défense Arena. A venue that Céline Dion was set to take on in 2020. The singer of “I’m Alive” and “Pour que tu m’aimes encore” planned six major shows there in June and July 2020. But the artist had no choice but to postpone and ultimately cancel her Courage tour due to Covid, followed by her health troubles. It was in autumn 2022 that Céline Dion was diagnosed with a rare neurological condition, stiff-person syndrome, which has kept her from returning to the stage.

After several years out of the spotlight, Céline Dion is finally gearing up for a dramatic return to the stage. The Quebec superstar will headline a highly anticipated residency in Paris. To experience this live moment in all its glory, catch the run from September 12 to October 14, 2026 at Paris La Défense Arena!
