The Star Academy's Christmas Lounge: a free, immersive pop-up featuring karaoke and watch parties

Would you like to celebrate Christmas at the Star Academy Château in Dammarie-les-Lys—as if you were a student of the Star Academy? From Thursday, December 18 at 10 a.m. through Sunday, December 21, 2025, at 6:30 p.m., the castle shifts its scene, and the Star Academy Christmas apartment opens its doors free of charge for an immersive pop-up experience at Showroom République - Valmy.

Step behind the scenes of the show for a few hours with a vibrant set design and colorful decorations crafted by the château’s decorator, giving you the feeling of being right there—immersive interactive spaces and engaging activities included.

Kick back with a drink to warm up in the café, say hello to a plush Wendy, and relive the iconic moments of the show in the viewing lounge. Snap photos in front of the famous red phone, and check out the Hall of Fame, where the show's most legendary past winners and classes from the 2000s are proudly displayed.

In the heart of the studio, gather your friends and show off your best dance moves as you perform this season’s anthemic hit, guided by an exclusive tutorial from Jonathan Jenvrin! If any alumni or talented musicians are in the crowd during your moment, take the opportunity to collaborate around the iconic piano, a cozy space that always brings people together.

Over four days, enjoy a variety of interactive activities including exclusive workshops with the Star Academy professors, a Christmas decoration customization workshop, and making banners to cheer on the students. There’s also a pyjama party with former academy contestants, watch parties of the daily episodes and the live show, and an exceptional karaoke featuring hits from the Star Academy. It’s also a perfect chance to write letters to the contestants and show your support!

These free activities require online registration and are sometimes allocated via a random draw, subject to availability. However, you're welcome to visit the venue to enjoy the atmosphere without taking part in the workshops. The space is sizable—comparable to a large Parisian loft—but it can quickly get crowded, so if you want to avoid the crowds, visiting during the day is your best bet.
