Paroles Citoyennes, the contemporary storytelling theater festival, returns for its 8th edition in 2025. From March 18 to May 12, the event will take over four Paris venues: Théâtre Antoine, Bobino, Théâtre Libre and Théâtre Juliette Récamier (Paris, 7th arrondissement), which joins the adventure this year.

Created in 2018 by Jean-Marc Dumontet, the main aim of the Paroles Citoyennes festival is to give a voice tocontemporary authors and encourage exchanges between artistic teams and audiences. The voices of contemporary authors intersect with those of key figures from civil society: researchers, journalists, teachers and others. The program, rich in aesthetic diversity, unique artistic paths and parity, aims to reflect the world as it is, here and now.
