Maison Elysée: the presidential palace museum celebrates its anniversary with free events

On July 25 and 26, 2025, it's party time at the official museum of the Élysée Palace, aka La Maison Élysée, located directly opposite the presidential residence. A fun-filled weekend with free admission, to celebrate as befits the first anniversary of this venue inaugurated during the Paris 2024 Olympic Games. Free entertainment, concerts, demonstrations and sweets to sample ... a program that's sure to please the whole Republic - young and old citizens alike!

Program for the Maison Elysée anniversary weekend:

Friday, July 25: soaps and stuffed animals in the spotlight

• 10:30am-11:30am: Concert by the Garde républicaine string quartet, revisiting highlights of the Paris 2024 Games.
• 11:30am-7pm: Introduction to soap branding with Savonnerie Marius Fabre, before leaving with your own stamped soap.
• 3pm-6pm: Discover plush toy making with Doudou & Compagnie.

Saturday, July 26: jams and gourmet novelties

• 10:30am-11:30am: Concert by the Republican Guard String Quartet.
• 2pm-7pm: Tastings of La Chambre jams, with a new addition: apple from Hauts-de-France and tonka bean from Guyana.

Younger visitors can explore the museum with a specially designed booklet-game , before taking a trip back in time in an artificial intelligence photo booth, without leaving the staircase!

A free, fun-filled birthday party for the general public, designed to give a behind-the-scenes look at French know-how and theworld of the President, in a festive spirit accessible to all.
